Attrattività dei borghi e recupero del patrimonio edilizio per finalità residenziali e turistiche, tra proprietà e consumo.

The research project aims at analyzing the main topic of recovering the residential and tourist attractiveness of historical villages, in order to provide the best strategies against the depopulation and the degradation of those places which represent fundamental cultural assets for the Italian Republic. In this framework, the project seeks to stimulate the use of residential-accommodation facilities in the villages, in order to favor a stable repopulation and a sustainable tourism, respecting the needs of local communities and their traditions and values. In this project, the private law studies, aimed at analyzing the flexibility of property and contract, will be combined with administrative, urban planning and architectural and economic skills, in order to allow a systemic framing of the most appropriate measures to achieve the aforementioned goals.
