Starting from the fundamental principle that 'nothing is created, nothing is destroyStarting from the fundamental principle that 'nothing is created, nothing is destroyed, everything is transformed' and considering the whole of water that interacts with human being both for industrial use, both for agricultural use and for consumption and / or any other use, on one specific territory or parts of it, as a single system where there are multiple entries and as many outputs; EU-Water-Chain is a system that using the best of current technology and the most promising one to come combined with the best inclusive and simple concept of sharing a merit-based game follows water (and all related data) during its existence interacting with the human being and his activities: storage, transport, utilization, conversion, consumption and / or sale, and any other passage, allows anyone involved and related, which consists of a capillary system, to verify and automatically report and participate. Existing technology consists mainly of statistical data or calculated information, databases updated periodically, many times coming from limited and different sources, data sources influenced and manipulated, data are supported by a limited number of people and random checks, the final result consists of an inadequate response. A monitoring of multiple data, in real time, made in a capillary way, can be used to verify, intervene, modify, so to improving over time the whole system of interaction between water and human being, final result consists in an adequate response. EU-Water-Chain conceptually follows the utopian pattern, but certainly to yearn for tenaciously, that if the human being receives a glass, a bucket or a lake of water from planet Earth, he can use it and transform it as he wants, but, monitoring every single passage in a capillary way, at the end of the path must return to the planet Earth the same glass, bucket or lake in the exact same conditions in which he received it.
