Smartphones as User Interfaces in Public Events

Nowadays, smartphone has become a diffused interface with digital world in daily life. The present paper describes an interactive installation based on smartphone appliance designed to control multimedia user experience. A survey of other case studies is presented. The entire system and function are described in detail. The user test and the results are presented as support of the conclusion.
