Abstract:
A che cosa si pensa quando si parla di Industria 4.0 e del passaggio dal Business to Business al Business to Consumer? Generalmente si fa riferito a un’azienda che si riorganizza per progettare prodotti rivolti al mercato, esistono però altri casi in cui, in settori specifici, più aziende si organizzano per diventare delle business to consumer. L’obiettivo del paper è illustrare proprio questo secondo caso, specificando il ruolo delle tecnologie e del designer e riportando un esempio in cui, nel settore aereonautico, un’intera filiera di progettazione e produzione è stata riorganizzata per diventare una filiera B2C. What do we mean by saying Industry 4.0 and that a B2B company becomes a B2C company? We generally refer to a business that works to design and manufacture products that can be sold on the market; nevertheless, there are other cases in which businesses working on the same sector get together to become a B2C production group. This is the case that my paper illustrates, focusing on the roles of the technologies, the designer and on some examples from the aeronautical sector in which a group of designing and manufacturing companies has been reorganized to become a B2C production group.
