Innovazione sociale urbana e impresa artigiana: una relazione complessa = Urban social innovation and craft enterprises: a complex relationship

In questo articolo esploriamo il potenziale di innovazione sociale (IS) dell’impresa artigiana attraverso 6 iniziative realizzate a Venezia tra il 2015 e il 2021.
Emerge che l’impresa artigiana può dare un forte impulso ai processi di IS mediante l’utilizzo condiviso e creativo di competenze cognitive e tecniche. Inoltre, il potenziale di IS è tanto più grande quanto maggiore è la capacità di riconoscere
l’IS come esito di un processo sociale e non come esito di un processo tecnico o tecnologico. --In this paper we explore the social innovation (SI) potential of craft enterprises
through 6 initiatives implemented in Venice between 2015 and 2021. What emerges from the study is that the craft enterprise can effectively give a strong impulse to SI processes through the shared and creative use of cognitive and technical skills. Furthermore, the SI potential of the craft enterprise increases when local actors identify SI as the result of a social process and not as the outcome of a technical or technological process.
