La «vigile cura» delle istituzioni sociali Marzotto a Valdagno: architetture adattive per l’infanzia e la scuola tra Novecento e nuovo millennio

The paper focuses on the original and current features of children’s care buildings and schools built during the 30s in the Città Sociale of Valdagno, by the industrialist G. Marzotto and the architect F. Bonfanti. The essay compares the documents in Archivio Progetti (Università Iuav, Venice) with what has come to light through site-visits and interviews with the current schools’ staff. The aim is to highlight how these buildings have been able to adapt to the needs of contemporary didactics and society.
