The project EnCLOD aims at strengthening the governance capacity of 5 local public authorities in
Central Europe through wider and more efficient usage of innovative concepts as Open Data and
Internet of Things (IoT) sensor networks, sustaining multi-level territorial governance and new forms
of civil society involvement and public-private collaboration, promoting the re-use of generated Open
Data for new ideas that respond to territorial needs or that foster innovation and contribute to local
economy prosperity (EnCLOD approach).
