In a condition of global uncertainty and increasingly impactful climate disasters, PREDIRECT (PRE DIsaster RECovery Tool) wants to investigate the relationship between CC adaptation, post-disaster reconstruction and community empowerment in Europe.
The aim is to build a pre-disaster recovery tool able to effectively plan the recovery before the disaster occurs through the involvement of both local communities and administrations.
