abstract:
The essay introduces a reflections on design and innovation, as new models of hospitality and exhibition are taking place in a nascent Milanese innovation district.
It reflects on what “innovation” means today, about the potentialities of the contamination between analog and digital; it starts from some models and strategies already postulated in economic and marketing fields, that are also useful to innovate the discipline of design.
