abstract:
The paper deals with the analysis of MareModa Capri as an important part of the complex geography of Italian fashion in the late 1960s. A study of documents and critical literature together with the newspaper articles clarifies the role of the event in the national and international calendar. The aim of the paper is also to underline how fashion was use to promote Italian landscapes and lifestyle around the world.
