Analyzing the meaning of the urban landscape, who lives at multiple levels, and its relationship with human behavior, it is evident that the enhancement through the design approach, steps from the plane color to the design of perception. The color is used as a signal for the recognition of the services, according to a hierarchy of elements, episodes and meanings aimed at creating environments more hospitable.
