Chapter 25: Proactive Design of a Hospital Environment with Multifaceted Ergonomic Considerations

This paper presents a research project in the field of Design for Healthcare. The research has been focused in improvimg User Experience in relationship with hospital services, more specific with pediatric department in one of the most important Italian hospitals. The research process has been finalized through an iterative cycle of project-evaluation work performed by students of the Industrial Design Faculty in Politecnico di Milano.
