Regional case studies: an overview

Abstract:
In this chapter, an overview for the five case studies presented in the single chapters of the book is provided. The case studies are: East Anglia (UK), Lower Saxony (Germany), Estonia, Romania, Veneto Region (Italy). For each case study, the summary presents insights in terms of: policy demand, knowledge needs, methods for ecosystem services assessments and trade-offs and synergies with renewables.
