The future of living in Europe can be interpreted through the synergy between human resources dynamics, artifacts quality and city structure.
During the last decade we moved rapidly from the society representation based on Colin Clark1 activities partition - primary, secondary, tertiary economic sectors - evoking stability of employment, of living, of community relationships and wellfare, to the need to represent a growing population, characterized by great diversity in terms of affinities and capabilities. A set of elements leading to represent the population into three groups2: the many, the new and the connected, are presented
