abstract:
The study deals with the construction of evolutionary scenarios with the objective of making the entire territory of the North-East less fragile and the entire construction chain less sensitive to exogenous variations -political, economic, climatic, etc- increasing its resilience. The particular geographic and settlement configuration of the Triveneto area and the current structure of the energy sector lead to the construction of two complementary energy scenarios, a centralised-vertical one for the industrial sector and a capillarised-horizontal one for the residential landscape. The scenario tool is understood here as a design hypothesis in function of the study of the trend development of processes already in place, at different scales. The working methodology brings together two different reference frameworks, which also define the time interval under consideration: the European Green Deal framework with scenarios set to 2030 and 2050, and the IPCC's trend forecasts with scenarios to 2050 and 2100.
