Gli spazi aperti della scuola come infrastrutture tecnologiche verdi per la città

Academic Article
Publication Date:
2016
abstract:
The concept of green infrastructure, as defined by the European Community, refers to an idea of multifunctional infrastructural work and assumes roles and feedbacks to the city which go beyond the ecological-environmental functions, including aspects referred to urban comfort, health, education and learning activities for a more responsible citizenship.
In this direction, the open spaces of educational infrastructure can be rethought as nodal intersections of a school-city macro-system: a complex system where technological, ecological and social elements co-exist and co-evolve within a vision linking the resource preservation culture with the living sustainability culture.
