Abstract:
The paper examines urban regeneration and cultural heritage in the Italian administrative experience of recovery and
resilience. Urban regeneration is in fact a phenomenon that has been attributed a polysemic nature and has become a fundamental strategy of the policies of reconstruction and revitalization of the economic system and social fabric of our country after the pandemic period. The work dwells, more specifically, on the entanglements that are often found between regenerative practices and cultural policies on local heritage, also considering that urban regeneration practices are destined to interact profoundly with the various scenarios affecting urban cultural heritage.
