Fasi analitico-conoscitive e linee guida per la conservazione, manutenzione e fruizione dei manufatti appartenenti al patrimonio storico della Grande Guerra

The system of pitched works, which characterize the landscapes of the Great War, is an important historical and architectural heritage, both locally and at european level. It represents a typical example of Austrian as well as Italian military architecture, that has many aspects of interest related to its construction and its union with the natural element, the environment in which it seeks to blend.
The Austro-hungarian pitched opera on Mount Creino, municipality of Ronzo Chienis, Trento, is the case-study considered and used to verify and refine the path of knowledge, the phases of analysis, interpretation and proposals in order to define guidelines for the conservation and re-use of these works.
Research has also contributed to the drafting of a Masteplan necessary to define strategies address through which outline the actions concerning not only the design of the case-study, but also of the entire system of fortifications included in the territory.
